【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61003givesguidelinesforinspectionandroutinetestingofelectricalandpneumaticinstrumentswithtwo-ormulti-stateoutput,forinstance,foracceptancetestsorafterrepair.Forafullevaluation,IEC61003-1isused.WheneverpossibleanytestcarriedoutistobeinaccordancewithIEC61298series.ThispartofIEC61003isapplicabletoelectricalandpneumaticindustrial-processinstruments,usingmeasuredvaluesthatarecontinuoussignals.Thesetpointvaluemaybeeitheramechanical(position,force,etc.)orastandardsignal.Theseinstrumentsmaybeusedascontrollersorasswitchesforalarmsandothersimilarpurposes.Quantitativecriteriaforacceptableperformanceshouldbeestablishedbyagreementbetweenmanufactureranduser,andthereportonthetestsclarifieswhichtestswerecarriedout.Therequirementsofthisstandardareeffectivewhenagreedbythemanufacturerandtheuser.

Scope:This SAE Technical Report is an Aerospace Standard, compliant with the Organization and Operating Guide for the Aerospace Council of the SAE Technical Standards Board.
