【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestocontrollersandstarters,whichmayincludeaseriesmechanicalswitchingdevice,intendedtobeconnectedtocircuits,theratedvoltageofwhichdoesnotexceed1000Va.c.Thisstandardcharacterizescontrollersandstarterswithandwithoutbypassmeans.Controllersandstartersdealtwithinthisstandardarenotnormallydesignedtointerruptshort-circuitcurrents.Therefore,suitableshort-circuitprotection(see8.2.5)shouldformpartoftheinstallation,butnotnecessarilyofthecontrollerorstarter.Inthiscontext,thisstandardgivesrequirementsforcontrollersandstartersassociatedwithseparateshort-circuitprotectivedevices.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:–continuousoperationofa.c.motorsatmotorspeedsotherthanthenormalspeed;–semiconductorequipment,includingsemiconductorcontactors(see2.2.13ofIEC60947-1)controllingnon-motorloads;–electronica.c.powercontrollerscoveredbyIEC60146.Contactors,overloadrelaysandcontrolcircuitdevicesusedincontrollersandstartersshouldcomplywiththerequirementsoftheirrelevantproductstandard.Wheremechanicalswitchingdevicesareused,theyshouldmeettherequirementsoftheirownIECproductstandard,andtheadditionalrequirementsofthisstandard.Theobjectofthisstandardistostateasfollows:–thecharacteristicsofcontrollersandstartersandassociatedequipment;–theconditionswithwhichcontrollersandstartersshallcomplywithreferenceto:a)theiroperationandbehaviour;b)theirdielectricproperties;c)thedegreesofprotectionprovidedbytheirenclosureswhereapplicable;d)theirconstruction;–thetestsintendedforconfirmingthattheseconditionshavebeenmet,andthemethodstobeadoptedforthesetests;–theinformationtobegivenwiththeequipment,orinthemanufacturer'sliterature.
