适用范围
本标准规定了绝缘漆漆膜击穿强度的测定方法。
本标准适用于绝缘漆漆膜击穿强度的测定。系在一定条件下，采用连续均匀升压的方式对漆膜施加交流电压直至击穿，击穿电压值与漆膜厚度之比为击穿强度E，以千伏每毫米（kV/mm）表示。
